Davies imaginative musings contravene conventions to carve a niche in the highly competitive design world and each piece resonates with individuality. My personal picks have to be the "thoughtwood coffee table" and the "thoughtwood surfboard stand/rack.

The former is a stunning Black Walnut piece whose sculptural presence is emphasized with the sharp edges and the hint of vibrant blue in the cervices. The surfboard stand/rack on the other hand is defined by its fun vibe and was commissioned for a retail shop in Somerset.
